Before you begin

A few useful answers.

Are all eight subject options included for one child?

Each child’s selected grade and language track includes four subjects. English and Afrikaans are alternative tracks; they are not combined into an eight-subject bundle.

Can my children choose different grades, languages and terms?

Yes. Each learner has a separate profile within your family account, with their own selection.

Can we start all 2027 lessons immediately?

This is advance enrolment for 2027. Future lessons are not all available now; lessons open during your selected term dates.

When will I get my resources?

Resources for each grade and term are released during the week that term begins. For example, Grade 5 Term 1 for 2027 opens on 13 January, so its resources are released in the week of 13 January.

Does late enrolment give us a new full term?

No. Access follows the fixed 2027 term dates and ends on the selected term’s end date. It is not a rolling access period.

Is there a subscription or a free trial?

You make one payment for your chosen terms, with no automatic renewal. There is no free trial.

Do we need to install an app or wait for a parcel?

No. Learning takes place in your browser. Nothing is couriered.

I signed in with Google. Can I set a password?

A Google account has no ninty9 password, so there is nothing to reset. Use “Sign in with Google” on the sign-in page. If that button does not work, contact us.
