Entrance acceptance

Selecting “I accept and enter” at the secure ninty9 entrance records acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy for that browser for exactly 216 hours (9 days). After that period, the entrance closes and acceptance is requested again. A place offered from the capacity queue remains available for one hour before it passes to the next visitor.

Digital resources

ninty9 sells digital CAPS-based educational resources as protected downloadable files and online course access. Products are intended to support learning and preparation, but they do not replace official school instruction, assessment requirements, or professional teaching judgment.

Faith statement

By accepting these Terms & Conditions and entering ninty9, you allow the Holy Spirit to accompany and seal all files, sources and games provided through ninty9. This faith statement does not limit any consumer right or change the product-specific terms, licence, access period, or delivery obligations stated here.

Product-specific terms

Each product page states the current price, format, delivery method, licence, access period, and renewal terms that apply to that product. The products and amounts confirmed in the order at checkout form part of the purchase terms. Review these details before placing the order.

Parent and learner accounts

Parents or legal guardians manage purchases and may include as many eligible products as they need in one order. A paid order creates the student portal account for its checkout email. Account holders must provide accurate details, protect their ninty9 password, and keep password-activation and reset links private. A learner is never linked to another customer merely because a surname or email address appears similar.

Guardian consent

A minor learner account does not become active until payment has been confirmed and the purchaser uses the one-use link sent to the checkout email to choose a password. The purchaser confirms that they are authorised to provide the learner details and any required consent. Account-activation and password messages are transactional service messages and do not subscribe anyone to marketing.

Manual EFT payment

ninty9 accepts EFT payments only. We do not accept card payments. Customers must use the exact payment reference shown on the confirmation page and invoice email. Proof of payment does not need to be sent; access is issued only after the payment reflects in the ninty9 bank account and is confirmed by the Principal.

Delivery

Digital products are not available immediately after checkout. After the EFT reflects, the Principal performs one action: Confirm payment received. The server then creates protected downloads, assigns every paid course to the checkout-email student account, activates eligible subjects and queues service emails automatically. The purchaser receives the protected-download links and, for online courses, a one-use link to set a password. A genuine product, ownership or data conflict may be placed in Needs attention for manual resolution.

Service emails

ninty9 sends guardian consent, learner and guardian invitation, payment, assignment and access messages from the server through its transactional email service. These messages are necessary to operate the requested account or order and are not marketing. Delivery may be retried automatically. Account owners are responsible for providing an email address they can access and for checking spam or junk folders.

Online course access and renewal

The applicable product page and confirmed order determine the number of learner licences, access period, and renewal terms for an online course. The access period starts when ninty9 activates the learner’s course. ninty9 does not renew course access automatically; any further access requires a new, manually confirmed purchase and activation.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation requests are handled manually according to the order status, the product purchased, and applicable law. Use the Contact Us form as soon as possible if you ordered the wrong product, placed a duplicate order, did not receive the promised product, or believe the delivered product is defective or materially different from its description. Copyright and usage

All ninty9 resources remain the intellectual property of ninty9. A purchased resource may be used only within the learner, classroom, school, home, or homeschooling licence stated for that product. Files and course access may not be resold, shared outside that licence, publicly distributed, uploaded to another website, repackaged as a new product, or accessed through a shared customer or learner account. Copyright notices, watermarks, download controls, and other ownership or access information may not be removed or bypassed.

Automated collection and republication

Automated scraping, crawling, harvesting, enumeration, or bulk extraction is not permitted without ninty9’s prior written permission, except for a search provider expressly admitted by the website’s current crawler policy. No person may use extracted pages, catalogue information, descriptions, images, lessons, questions, answers, or other content to reproduce a substantial part of ninty9, train a competing content collection, or create or operate a competing directory, course, resource library, or service. Security limits and access controls may not be avoided by rotating addresses, accounts, devices, proxies, or identifiers.
