CAPS is the national starting point
The Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement describes curriculum and assessment expectations for subjects in South African schools. The Department of Basic Education remains the authoritative source for the policy documents.
A commercial or supplementary resource can be aligned to CAPS when its content evidence supports that description. That wording does not make the resource an official DBE publication or an approved replacement for the policy.
Choose by grade, subject, term, format, and status
First match the learner’s grade and exact subject level, such as Home Language or First Additional Language. Then check the current term and decide whether the learner needs interactive online practice, printable material, or general guidance.
Finally, confirm availability, price, access or delivery terms, and the number of learners covered. A Coming Soon preview should never be treated as purchasable content.
ninty9 currently separates released resources from planned ones
The current Grade 9 online releases are Afrikaans First Additional Language, Afrikaans Home Language, English Home Language, English First Additional Language, Mathematics, English Coding and Robotics, and Afrikaans Kodering en Robotika. Together they provide twenty-eight separate term products.
The remaining planned Wiskunde route stays clearly marked Coming Soon until its complete lesson files pass the same release gates.
CAPS is national; province guidance must add real local value
The curriculum framework does not change merely because a learner lives in another province. A useful province guide should instead provide verified provincial department links, relevant support channels, and practical local context.
ninty9 will not publish nine near-identical pages with province names substituted. Province hubs remain a measured later phase after real search or customer evidence identifies a useful pilot.

Does CAPS change by province?
CAPS is a national policy. Provinces may provide their own support channels and local guidance, but a province name does not create a different curriculum product.
